USing Google Drive (or "my drive")
Google Drive is where all of your folders, documents, images, recordings are stored. The great thing about My Drive is that it is accessible from any device that uses Google Chrome. Once you have logged in, you can read/create/edit/share any of your files: desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone - whatever you are using.
Easy Access to Google Drive on your Chromebook: https://drive.google.com
1. Click the Apps icon in the lower left of your screen - it looks like a magnifying glass.
2. Hover your selection arrow over the Google Drive icon (see graphic above)
3. Right-click (use two fingers together to tap the touchpad)
4. Select "Pin to shelf"
5. You will now see the Google Drive icon in the lower "shelf" of your screen. You now have easy access whenever you need it.

2. "NEW" - to create a new file
3. My Drive - to access previously created/saved files
4. "Shared with Me" - to access files that were shared with you from other users
